Marchand-Tawse is a small team of wine professionals, led by Pascal Marchand, committed to producing great Burgundy wines. Their work is founded on the principles of bio-dynamic winemaking both in the vineyards and the cellar, and all the estate Grand Crus and Premier Crus are ploughed by horses. In the cellar, all winery operations are done according to the the lunar calendar. On the micro-négoce side, the team works with vignerons that share their same principles, always putting nature and quality first.
Estate-owned vineyards are bottled under the Domaine Tawse name, while the micro-négoce (purchased grapes) wines are labeled as Marchand-Tawse
