The Bouzereau family have been making wine in Meursault since the 1500s, and Vincent has naturally inherited the family know-how. Starting in 1991 alongside his father, Vincent works this 10 hectacre estate with his wife Aline, producing both red (40%) and white (60%) wines of character. They have invested in a gentler winemaking process, including the use of gravity flow, which allows the calm must to fill the oak barrels in their newly constructed, beautiful "old-style" cellars with ribbed pillars (although they still keeps older bottles in their tiny fourth century cellar). The wines are neither fined nor filtered, which allows them to keep all their fruit flavors and natural aromas.
