Domaine Dupasquier et Fils

Fifth generation owner/winemaker Vincent Dupasquier oversees this 10 hectare domaine in the small town of Premeaux-Prissey, located just south of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Offering a small range of both red and white Premier Crus and Village wines, Vincent generally sells to private customers and restaurants in France, so BurgDirect customers fit his ideal model! The wines are made using traditional methods - including growing grasses between vines and hand plowing rather than use of extensive chemicals -  and this has allowed the domaine to obtain HVE (High Environmental Value) certification. Vincent's wines are bright and fresh and generally designed to be consumed young, although his Premier Crus are best with a few years of cellaring (they all, after all, come from Nuits-Saint-Georges, home of long-lived wines).
